![]() ![]() On an M1 Mac, operating systems in Parallels® Desktop virtual machines must be ARM-based operating systems, and this has led to many misconceptions. ![]() ![]() Most of the glitches from the un-official wrapper seems gone too, yay!Įventually I may just disable Steam Cloud and try to set up some manual symbolic links under Windows and OS X to take care of cross platform syncing for me. Yes, you can play Windows games on an M1 Mac using Parallels Desktop Age of Empires, Overwatch and many other games play well. thus if you had an up to date play-through it would destroy itself. Now I havent played BL2 under Windows for WEEKS so it is quite possible that the save doesn't take into account anything that changed over the last several patches. Progress, equipment, black keys, etc all transfered just fine. Just did a copy from my bootcamp SaveData to my OS X SaveData (Oh Hidden ~/Library) and it works fine. Essentially I dont think 2K is much interested in holding back DLC, updates, new features, etc by weeks so Aspyr can port the code it doesn't use translation wrappers for and test. There was a similar concern with Steam Cloud syncs between the PS3 and PC/Mac versions of Portal 2. Originally posted by Zer0:Kind of a dumb question but, did you try using Steam Cloud? Thats the point, Steam Cloud wont sync cross platform because that would require the Mac and Win versions always kept in sync plus additional testing.
